At ClearCanal™, all sales are final due to the 
personal hygiene nature of our products.

NO RETURNS POLICY
For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable 
to accept returns or exchanges on any 
ClearCanal™ products once delivered. 
This policy is in place to protect all 
customers and maintain the highest standards 
of hygiene and safety.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge 
and agree to this no-return policy.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We stand behind the quality of our products. 
If your item arrives damaged, defective, 
or not as described, please contact us within 
7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos 
of the damage or defect. We will review your 
case and at our discretion may offer:
- A replacement unit at no cost
- Store credit
- A partial or full refund

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, 
or failure to follow product instructions 
is not covered.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong item, contact us

with your order number and a photo. We will 
send the correct item at no additional cost.

LOST IN TRANSIT
If your order has not arrived within 30 days 
of your shipping confirmation email, contact 
us at mrkushbusiness@gmail.com and we will 
investigate with the carrier and provide 
a resolution.
