SHIPPING POLICY — ClearCanal™

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business 
days after payment confirmation. Orders are 
not processed on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES

Standard Shipping (Free on orders over $60):
- United States: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Express Shipping (where available):
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Other countries: 5–10 business days

TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive 
a confirmation email with a tracking number. 
You can track your order at 
17track.net using your tracking number.

Please allow 3–5 days for tracking information 
to update after your shipment confirmation email.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs 
fees and import duties in the destination country. 
These charges are the responsibility of the 
customer. ClearCanal™ is not responsible for 
delays caused by customs.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
ClearCanal™ is not responsible for lost or 
stolen packages confirmed as delivered by 
the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered 
but you have not received your package, 
please contact your local post office first, 
then email us at support@clearcanal.com.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct 
at checkout. ClearCanal™ is not responsible 
for orders shipped to incorrect addresses 
provided by the customer. If you notice an 
error, contact us immediately at 
support@clearcanal.com — we can only make 
changes before the order is dispatched.
